Request for FREE Health Insurance Premium & Benefit Analysis

New health insurance plans are available in Washington this year that are helping employers to reduce their costs by 15-25% without sacrificing benefits.  If you have not reviewed the new 2009 rates you may be paying more than you should.

2. Download the WAHealth census form (excel file).  Then attach and email the completed census form to info@wahealth.com

3. Print the WAHealth census form (fillable pdf file) and fax or email back to our office: 425-821-3587 or info@wahealth.com.

Remember to include all eligible employees (even those waiving coverage: indicate W in coverage column). If you have more than 15 employees, you can either insert additional rows (downloaded excel file) or copy the sheet (pdf file).

Upon receiving your request for a group quote, WAHealth will literally shop all the available Carriers in Washington State and send you a report of all the options, comparing both benefits and premiums. Typically it takes anywhere from 3-5 business days to receive quotes from all the Carriers and contact you with your plan options.
