Ideal for: Small groups with at least two employees that
have never had coverage before
Most plans have a
twelve-month waiting period for major services if you have not had prior
coverage. The Flex 800 plan has no
waiting periods! Although you are not
required to use the United Concordia dentists, benefits are best when you
do. There are no monthly billing fees.
Ideal for: Groups with two to seven employees
This plan allows you to use
any dentist (no directory to choose from) and also gives you the flexibility to
add various options. This is a great
plan for health service, education, insurance and real estate industries.
Ideal for: Groups with five or more employees
The BEST Plans are very competitively
priced and offer several plan options including orthodontia. You are allowed to use any dentist with BEST.
Ideal for: Groups where the employer is not paying the
premium and only a few of the employees are choosing to enroll.
At least three employees
need to apply or 20% of the group, whichever is greater and there is no
requirement that the employer pay any portion of the premium. You can use any dentist and there is optional
orthodontia coverage available.

Employees: Although the B.E.S.T. plan is very popular
for groups up to 200 employees, there are several carriers offering coverage to
groups with ten or more employees. Premiums
are subject to group size, gender and age demographics, industry, etc. In order to provide accurate quotes, we need
