Premera is still a popular choice for group plans.  The minimum number of employees required for a group plan is two and at least 75% of eligible employees must enroll.  There is no medical underwriting, therefore the group contracts can't deny coverage to anyone based on their health. The premiums for these plans are substantially more expensive than individual plans.
